Campania Felix Buffelmozzarella Dop

Mozzarella di Bufala campana DOP "Campania Felix" The Parente Family has been reating water buffalo for over a century, and transforms their milk into delicate and delicius mozzarella cheese. Following the natural inclination of their places of origin, the family has organized a Firm, based on area of about 200 hectares used for agricultural and zootechnical purposes, named Agrozootecnica Marchesa s.n.c. specialized in water buffaloand in the trasformation of water buffalo milk. This Firms purpose is to gather together water buffalo rearing tradition and modern breeding techniques, always respectful of environment and of animals well-being. The natural habitat, the high quality fodders produced inside the Firm , the fresh pastures and wide shelters are the winning recipe of this firm, where everyone pays a great attention to the reared animals well being, because a well reared animal is a well producing one. The milk produced by a farm having these characteristics is the indispensable start point to obtain a high quality mozzarella cheese.
